I regard the body as an ekspression of one interconnected intelligent communication system, consisting of mind, emotion and body. On a non-physical level body encompasses spirit, it’s a communication between spirit and body beyond the mind. We are all representations of these components of spirit, mind, emotion and body.
As I want to make use, as much as possible of my intuition and let the applied technique arise in the moment, each session may differ. What you can typically expect is a mix of massage, triggerpoints, healing (sometimes hands touching the body, sometimes not) as well as head/cranio massage or use of triggerpoints there. I mostly work on the frontside of the body as well, as much tension and emotional blockages is stored in our stomach, chest, throath and head.
A session usually takes from 1 hour to 1,5 hr +/- depending of what the body requires. The Price per session is 500 kr, however if you have financiel issues (student, unemployed) the price is negotiable
