Formålet med Tinkuy er at aktiviteterne i huset hjælper medlemmerne til at mærke sig selv gennem bevægelse i krop, sind og ånd.

I started yoga 25 years ago while pregnant with my first child. Little did I know then how much that would change my entire life, but also experiencing an amazing, loving and wonderful birth of my son. Becoming a mother at 24 and again at 26 with my daughter, matured me at a time on my life path where it was needed to elevate my spirit.
Yoga has been part of my life since, on and off, but always in my conscouisness as a way to guide me in life. I already knew back then that I wanted to become a yoga teacher and I liked many styles but couldn´t truely in my heart feel a call to any of them in terms of becoming a teacher.
In 2015 I want to my first Kundalini Yoga class and the moment we tuned into the beginning of the practice with the mantra "ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO", tears began running down my cheeks. I felt home and I knew in that instinct moment that this was to be my yoga path.
I did my teacher training in 2017 and currently taking level 2 courses.
Kundalini Yoga brings me into a state of bliss, creates a connetion to my soul, gives me a touch of the divine and centers me into a point of inner stillness that has the deepest sensation of meditation, all with an hour of a class, or within 11 min. of a meditation, or within a breath in a mantra, and even just by connecting to the Golden Chain, the linage of Kundalini Yoga through "ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO".
It also challenges! Yogi Bhajan said that kundalini yoga is not difficult but also not easy. It is not difficult beacuse all levels can join and no experience is required, you are the experience it self. But its not easy because it challenges all our blocks. Emotional blocks, fysical blocks, mental blocks, spiritual blocks.
These teachings are tools to elevate your spirit, quite your mind, balance your body and organs and free your emotions. But to reach a high state of consciousness you need to get in touch with all these parts within you, commit and connect and do the work. "Keep up, and you will be kept up", Yogi Bhajan.
I love sharing the teknologi and teachings of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I feel every class has its own magic inside of me and in everyone there.
