Guided Immersive Meditation Class:
Immersions into a dynamic and co-creative flow of awareness liberated through the use of Meditation, Pranayam and Self Inquiry.
The class is an open space without prejudice where we support each other’s quest for personal awareness. The aim with the stillness found in meditation, is to approach a deeper understanding of who we are and what consciousness, freedom and peace really is and where it exists.
Guided meditation: We rediscover and strengthen the awareness of unbound intelligence, deep peace and stillness that is always in and around us.
Breathing exercises / Pranayam: We create balance through work with the body’s more subtle energy patterns.
Inquiring dialogue: We use the still and balanced awareness as a tool for observation, questioning and inquiry into how to we can relate in a free and joyful way to thoughts, feelings, world concept, personal narrative, and identity. With this attitude wisdom unfolds.
