Kundalini Yoga after Yogi Bhajan.
Teaching in Dansih and Engish as needed.
Both new and experienced yogis are welcome.
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. You tune in to connection with yourself, infinity and your higher consciousness.
During the class we practise pranayama, mantras/chanting, kriyas (yoga set) and meditations.
After class there will be posibility for tea and water in the plenum area. A good time for questions, sharings enjoying your space and community. If you have any injuries please chek with your phycician if it is ok for you to participate.
Always remember to tell the teacher if you have injuries, have high blodpresure or if you are pregnant. Thank you.
