Relax, Recharge, Rejuvenate! The Hatha yoga class is based on classic yoga poses. During the class we will work on balancing strength and flexibility. The poses are held for a little longer with a focused awareness of the breath. The class starts with Breathing exercises (Pranayama) to help calm the mind before the practice and to derive maximum benefit from the asana series. Come and feel the effect for yourself! If you can, please try to finish your food at least 1.5 hours before class, ideally 2 hours before class.
