Transforming difficult emotions through Yoga and meditation
You will learn and practice how to work with difficult emotion like fear, anxiety, anger, and grief through the ancient methods of Buddhist meditation and Yoga. The Yoga will contain aspects of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Medical Yoga. The evenings are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners as well. Everyone is welcome.

Stephan Pende, MA clinical Psychology, has studied and practiced meditation in multiple traditions for over 35 years. He was a monk in the Tibetan tradition for 11 years.
Lene Alsbjørn, Cand.tech.soc., is a certified Yoga-teacher and has practiced Yoga since 2002 and has been teaching for 10 years.
