This yoga has a bit of everything.

We start with Pranayama, then chanting followed by Hatha and Iyengar exercises.

In the final Savasana we do a full body scan and stay in meditation for 20 minutes.

I was formed in a craddle of yoga in India in 2018-2019 and have been practicing yoga for my whole life.
