Yang-yin-zen yoga er en praksis med:
1/3 yang
1/3 yin
1/3 zen (meditation)

Yogaen starter med vejrtrækningsøvelser for at opøve koncentration og mindfulness effekt som flyder over i meditation i 10 min.

Yangdelen udføres i langsomme solhilsner, kriger stillinger og andre hatha stillinger.

Yin udføres i lange dybe stræk i 2-3 min i hver position.

Yogaen slutter af med savasana og dyb meditation på 10 min

Yang-yin-zen yoga is a practice with
1/3 meditation
1/3 yang
1/3 yin.
The practice starts with breathing exercises to enhance concentration and mindfulness effect that flows into meditation.
The Yang part is with slow and deep leading sun salutations, warrior posts and other hatha positions.
Yin is practiced in long deep stretches for 3-5 minutes in each position.
The practice ends with savasana and deep meditation.

Pernilla have immersed herself and trained yoga for 9 years, she have trained body sds for 4 years.
