With focus on spine and digestive organs we focus on sun salutations and the Sivananda tradition 12 basic postures with variations for everyone. Gaining strength, balance and flexibility for body and mind we improve physical and mental health.
The class begins with breathing exercises kapalabhati to cleanse and strengthen the respiratory system and anuloma viloma to balance the flow of breath between the two brain hemispheres and thereby harmonising the thought processes and gaining mental balance.
