Qi Gong og Tai Chi v/Lis Værgman

Qi Gong er energiøvelser, hvor vi gennem blide og rolige bevægelser arbejder med krop og åndedræt og skaber balance i krop og sind. Bevægelserne giver energi til alle kroppens organer og afbalancerer kroppens energibaner. Når kroppen finder balance, vil sindet falde til ro, så efter træningen vil du både føle dig rolig og energifyldt. Denne del varer 45 minutter og alle er velkomne uanset erfaring.

Tai Chi er ligesom Qi Gong en afbalancering af sind og krop. Derudover er det en god fysisk træning, hvor du styrker muskler, sener, led og knogler i hele kroppen. Træningen giver kropsbevidsthed, dyb koncentration og øget balance. I daglig tale kalder vi det Tai Chi, men det rette navn er Tai Chi Chuan, hvor "Chuan" henviser til, at det er en kampkunst. Når du træner Tai Chi Chuan, lærer du dig selv og dine skyggesider bedre at kende. Denne del varer 45 minutter og giver bedst mening, hvis du kommer jævnligt.

Tag løstsiddende tøj på og medbring gerne en vandflaske.

Qi Gong is a calming energy exercise, where we work with gentle and
soothing movements to create balance within body and mind. The
movements supply energy to all the organs of the body and balance out
the energy meridians as well.
Once the body is in balance, the mind becomes calm, and after the
exercises you will feel at ease and filled with energy. This part
lasts 45 minutes and everyone is welcome regardless of experience
level.

Tai Chi, like Qi Gong is a balancing of mind and body.
Added to that, it is a powerful physical training as well, where the
muscles, ligaments, joints and bones are strenghtened throughout the
entire body.
The training gives mindfulness of the body, deep concentration as well
as increased balance.
In everyday parlance the exercises are called Tai Chi, but the proper
name is Tai Chi Chuan, where "Chuan" refers to the fact that it is a
style of martial arts. When you practise Tai Chi Chuan, you will get
an increased awareness of your self and your shadowsides.
This part lasts 45 minutes and makes most sense, if you attend classes
regularly.

Wear loosefitting clothes, and feel free to bring a waterbottle.
