This workshop is for anybody who wish to feel better at any time :) !
Purpose of this session is to simply feel better by letting go our thoughts, beliefs, emotions - whatever is present.
Letting go is an incredible skill that every human has and during this time I simply want to guide you through very basic questions. It will be as an internal dialogue with yourself, where I will be asking questions and you will be answering for yourself inside. This process we will be repeating.
Whether you let go or not, whether you actually want to or not is completely up to you. Both options are ok :).
