Dynamic and intensive asana practice that will challenge body's strength, balance and flexibility and test mind's ability to focus. It will not be easy but it will be fun!
Every asana will be guided and aligned from the tips of the toes all the way up to the crown of the head. It is my sincere hope that behind the noise of my speaking you will learn to listen to your own body discovering the power of its miraculous abilities.
Meditation, pranayama and delicious savasana are included in the package.
