I’m looking forward to meet you all at the energizing morning yoga class! We will begin our practice with a short meditation and gentle stretching followed by sun salutations and asanas that challenge body strength, balance and flexibility. Finishing the practice with a sequence of restorative postures that will prepare us for the full body relaxation at the end of the practice. All levels are welcome! See you on the mat!
