I Body SDS, Grundtræning, arbejder du i dybden med alle led og muskler i kroppen. Du træner kroppen nedefra og op, du starter med øvelser for fødderne, som er en selv-zone terapi.

Gennem træningen arbejder du både på det fysiske, mentale og psykiske plan. I det den både integrerer læren om din kropsholdning, fokus på din grounding, læren om centrering af kroppen samt din mentale holdning i livet som dine overbevisninger, mønstre og adfærd.

Effekten af grundtræningen svarer til en kropsbehandling. Så grundtræning er en "egen behandling".

Body sds grundtrænings effekt er en øget kropsbevidsthed og at forebygge samt bearbejde, forløse og heale fysiske, mentale og psykiske spændinger og udfordringer.

Vejrtrækningen er i stor fokus gennem træningen, der støtter kroppen og psyken til at forløse og give slip. Indånding helt nede fra maven af og gennem næsen og udånding gennem munden, med et suk.

Pernilla is educated Body SDS training therapist and Body therapist.
Pernilla have yoga practice and meditation practice everyday.
She have immerse herself and trained yoga for 9 years. And she have trained body sds for 4 years.

Minimum 2 participates/book. If there's less than 2 book it will be canceled 2 hours before class.
